IDENTITY + BRAND ROLL OUT
Milestone, a national house-building company, pride themselves on their smarter approach to building new homes. As such, they needed a smarter brand to communicate this point-of-difference. There were many elements that went into creating the brand mark. The milestones we experience through life is represented as a road, and this notion is paired with the symbol of a blueprint unfolding. Both of these ideas are stylised into an ‘m’ shape. The teal colour was chosen to assist the brand in standing out amongst competitors.
The Milestone branding was fleshed out with a brand story and brand guidelines. The identity was then rolled out in the form of office graphics, stationery, brochures, real estate flyers, signage, TVC, vehicle graphics and more.
