'VISION & VALUES' IDENTITY, COLLATERAL DESIGN + GLOBAL LAUNCH
Fletcher Building, New Zealand's largest listed company, is fragmented into many different companies and sectors. With a plan to unite their 19,000 employees around the world, Fletcher Building devised a new company Vision & Values that everyone could get behind. The task was in communicating the Vision & Values to employees, engaging staff in over 40 countries around the world.
Working collaboratively with Fletcher Building, a series of initiatives, collateral and events were produced to introduce the group's Vision & Values. I worked on developing the identity of the Vision & Values, the V-Champs logo for brand ambassadors, microsite, conference pack and other printed collateral. The launch was a huge success with an astounding level of Fletcher Building employee engagement all over the world.
